*You Never Give Up*

We have our ups and downs
Life has those moments
When we just want to give up
Sometimes we just don’t understand
We question everything, and ask why
But You see it all, You have a plan
Your ways are higher than mine
Everything happens for a reason.

We live and we learn
We make mistakes and regret them
That’s when we wanna give up
Because nothing goes right
You never give up on us though
You forgive us and clean the slate
You still care when we mess up.

I learn not to give up on myself
I have to remember You love me
You give me strength to make it through
Sometimes life is hard
But I keep my eyes on You
You give me guidance and courage
You are my only reason for living.
